This might be old news to some of you, but about a year and a half ago I traded mountain views for bay breezes and moved back home from Ruidoso, New Mexico. I spent six wonderful years tucked away in the beautiful snowy mountains, appreciating the culture of the Southwest, working closely with cowboys, ranchers and multi-acreage landowners. That chapter gave me a deeper appreciation for land, privacy, access, and all the unique details that come with larger, higher-value properties.
Now I’m happily back in the beautiful Chesapeake Bay area, reconnecting with longtime clients and welcoming those who are new to the region. My business has always been built on trust, discretion, and smart strategy—making sure every transaction feels clear, confident, and well cared for from start to finish.
You may also notice a little name change—I recently got married and am now Camille Bullard. My husband, Terry Bullard is a country and lite rock singer and has been performing around the Kent Island area plus you will most likely find him at my Open Houses assisting with my RE work!
